Stock The Pond operates on a referral basis. You may refer swimmers (single friends) through our website by selecting Tell a friend on the home page or simply bring them to the next event. What kind of information do you give out about members? If you meet someone at a party and would like to know more about them, we'll do our best to help facilitate. You can go to the Get Hooked page and share whatever information you have with us, on the Swimmer in question. If mutually agreeable we'll make a connection. The rest is up to you! How much does it cost? It depends on the event. Most Pond Parties have a donation of $20 where a portion of the proceeds go to a specific charity. Some events may have no charge while others like semi-formal parties may go as high as $75. Do I have to bring friends? While you are strongly encouraged to bring guests it is not an admittance requirement. What is the male to female ratio? 1:1. What is the age range for Swimmers? Most members are 30 and older. Can couples go to Pond Parties? Absolutely. The catch is that taken Swimmers MUST bring a single Swimmer for the Pond. Do you contribute to charities? Stock the Pond donates a portion of proceeds from Pond Parties to numerous charitable organizations, often local based charities, including:
